A Cozy Fall Recipe: Butternut Squash & Sage Pasta

Ingredients:

1 medium butternut squash, cubed

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

Fresh sage leaves

1 lb pasta of your choice

Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:

Roast cubed squash at 400° with olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender (about 25 minutes).

In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and sage until fragrant.

Toss cooked pasta with roasted squash and sage butter. Top with parmesan.
